"This is my second order. No communication was sent to me that my order was cancelled--part didn't fit my VIN--only after I logged in to check the status after a couple of days did I discover that it was CANCELLED. Cancelled, but they haven't refunded the CC yet. Lost a week on getting the repair done. Can't order from this dealer unless using this third party--phone orders can't even be done, but they can give out VIN-correct P/Ns???? And if they require my phone number, why don't they call and tell me the order was cancelled?"
