"Hello, yes I used your company for the first time. I chose your company because you could guarantee three Business Shipping days. The dealership in my area was a little more expensive plus I Would’ve had to wait five days, and it was my only source of transportation. Not to mention, I’m disabled and it is my only vehicle I have and since I live in the countr, Acquiring rides are very important If mine is not working. So I placed the order with you on Either Wednesday, 5 June, or Thursday, June 6, 2024. Purchase went through and I was told three days. As Monday the 10th came, I had no word email or confirmation other than the One from the original purchase online. So I called in Monday the 10th and they did not answer the phone or call me back. I then called on the 11th and talked to a gentleman named Matt and he sent me the email with the tracking number and said it was just going out that day. My house is finally arrived on the 13th which is seven days after Purchase, I know there’s a weekend in there, but I really needed the three days I was told originally.
So yes, I got my parts and yes, I was able to get put back on. But probably will not do business with you again because I got got it quicker going through the dealership which I never like to do. But thank you for giving me a platform to comment back. I wish you the success."
