"HORRIBLE.

I placed my small order with them on 1/28/09. I never heard from them about shipping for weeks, so I contacted them. I got a response, eventually, saying she'd look into it in the morning. More days go by. I write again. No response. I write again. Unreliable correspondence. She, Terry, gives me excuses and says my order will ship soon. She finally makes a deal with me that if it doesn't ship by 2/17, it will be free. Now it is 3/11. The order has not shipped, and I receive zero response from them. How lovely. I asked them to cancel the order and respond. Who knows if that will ever happen. STAY AWAY!!!"
