"DO NOT BUY from this merchant. I placed an order with them, they sent me a broken, used watch. They told me to return it, which I did. They received the watch on 3/10, as of 5/2 I'm still waiting for a credit on my card. To make things worse, they tried to put in a restocking charge, when i still haven't received the credit!"

"I ordered a Projection Clock from M/A Digital Services on 12/13/03. On 12/15/03 I tried to call them to add another item to my order but, every phone number was busy.

After attempts with their live help, I decided to cancel my order.

I was informed that the order was already processed and ready to ship, at 7:30am 12/15/03 and that they could not cancel my order.

So I figure I'll keep the order and give it as a gift.

But, my order has not arrived considering it was shipped on 12/15/03 via fed-ex 3 day air.

Needless to say I have tried contacting M/A Digital Services everyday since 12/15/03 trying to requesting a tracking number, but no-one will reply.

I figure that M/A Digital Services is a SCAM, so I ordered the exact same item from AMAZON.COM on 12/15/03 and received a UPS tracking # the next day with an ETA of 12/22/03.

M/A Digital finally got around to sending me a tracking # on 12/19/03.

The tracking number shows that it was shipped on 12/18/03, even though I was told it was ready to ship on 12/15/03. Not to mention the money was withdrawn from my checking as of 12/16/03.

M/A Digital is operating under several different websites. Mostly because of the hassles they create, they have to just start another web-site.

"Ordered a mini-rc stuntcar, turned out the remote unit was defective, and I was very pleased and surprised when they offered to resolve the issue with a replacement at no cost to me (no return shipping or restocking fee). Too many online companies these days want to take advantage of the customer, it is so nice to have one that would rather take CARE of the customer!"
