I had my laptop 1 week before it failed, this was through no fault of MTECH's, a vendor: APACER, their RAM supplier, had apparently supplied bad system memory.
Communication during the purchase and subsequent Tech support followup was first class, I received an RMA # within 24 hours , I shipped the laptop back for warranty repair and received it 4 business days later.
NOTE !
The Clevo motherboards used do not support SMBUS and CPU temeprature and/or system fan data is not available ( This the first of my negative points )
In addition my laptop LCD Display SXGA 1400x1050 has ' sparkly ' inclusions/artifacts over the entire display area for the first 5 mins when cold. ( This is the second and last of my negative points )
Qulaity of manufacture and components is first rate as is product support, for the money folks, you cannot beat these guys, would recommend them to anybody wanting the best bang for the buck."
