"Firstly, their prices are the best in the market. Amazon can't hold a candle to them, and i've bought macbook chargers from them in the past. One: Amazon's low priced chargers (about $20-$40 not including shipping) is not the original macbook chargers and Two: the chargers are buggy with the most common issue being that they rip apart pretty quickly or explode...

I had no such problem with macbookadapter.com. I originally received my charger in a super fast 3 days, and it was definitely the original apple brand one (maybe refurbished but who gives a rats ass).

I had one problem with it (and it might have been my own) but it did not charge my macbook pro (i might have purchased the wrong size charger i think i needed a L shape not a T shape one). In any case, I emailed them my issue and Leonard (one of the workers I assume) replied back the same day! (it was a sunday) I was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly he acted.

He said they would send out a replacement ASAP. Sadly, ASAP was more like 8 days, and it took some time to get here as compared to their amazing 3 day delivery before...

I have to say that even though the shipping was quite annoying, the quickness of the replies from their team was such a relief. I would get emails back THE SAME DAY!

"I purchased a refurbished MacBookAdapter last December and the first one I received didn't work. The company very kindly sent a replacement at no further charge. Several months later, the cord of that 2nd adapter pulled loose where it was connected to the white box. After fiddling with electrical tape for a while, I contacted the company again and they immediately sent another replacement at no charge to me, even though by then it had been several months since my first order. Although it was a little inconvenient to have a product failure, Leonard was so quick to make amends that I still feel good about the original purchase.
