"I'm currently having a terrible experience with MacMemoryStore.com and I will not be coming back to them in the future.

A couple hours after I placed my order I got an email saying my order is cancelled. No reason was given. And I'm an existing customer!

So I have called them only to receive voicemail. I have emailed them. No response to any of my voicemails or emails over the past couple weeks.

If this seller's product is anything like their customer service, then I want it near my computer."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - PERHAPS THEY'VE ALL DIED! - but 4 days after shipping via "UPS Mail Innovations" and ZERO tracking information available .... and ZERO assistance from macmemorystore to tell us it was even shipped.

1. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MACMEMORYSTORE.COM!!!

2. NEVER ALLOW ANY ON-LINE MERCHANT TO SHIP ANYTHING VIA "UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS"!!!!! "
