"I ordered over $10,000 in products: a chair, ottoman, pillow and table. The table is now lost in transit and Mackenzie-Childs customer service told me it is my problem. It was shipped FedEx freight but MC sent a tracking number with a link to UPS. Makes tracking a little hard. I have now filed a claim myself with FedEx. You would think such a large order would come with some level of customer service. If I had known my experience would be like this, I would not be a customer!
Oh, and the chair leg was damaged- I sent them a picture and have heard nothing!"
