"No Warranty and no help at all!

This vendor shipped us a defective product, and dumped us on the manufacturer to try and get it fixed. They will neither support, warranty, or refund despite their admission that the product is defective. (Encad 36" plotter).

I would not advise anyone to order anything but the simplest of items from this vendor."
