"I THOUGHT I was getting a great deal on some cool luggage, but since placing my order I haven't been able to contact anyone at MacroCompany or Macro Luggage. I expected to get a confirmation of purchase/shipping confirmation from them immediately following my purchase- and still haven't. I've emailed them and left several messages with them, but NOTHING. I am very nervous about this purchase, especially now that I have found THIS site and have read all of the horrible reviews about this company.... Crap!! I really need this luggage for my trip next week. More importantly, I want what I paid for!!!! WILL SOMEONE FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE CONTACT ME??!!"

"I have made several inquiries regarding the status of my order via telephone and email. Only after threatening legal action did I get an email response asking "what is the issue." The issue, I clearly stated in all my messages, is that I have not recieved the item ordered. How much clearer can one be? I am not confident I will ever receive my order. This company, if it even is real, is not worth dealing with."

"Like almost every other dissatified customer responding about this company, I have had a terrible experience with them. They charged my credit card for a significant amount, then sent me completely incorrect merchandise, wrong color, wrong model, substantially less in price, and then did not respond to my inquiries about the shipment in any kind of timely fashion. I telephoned and email to no avail. The piece they did send me appears to be someone else's return who was similarly unhappy with their purchase and included all of their return paperwork in the box. THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY!!! I do think there is fraud in both intent and action here. "

"This is the first and last time I have/will ever do business with this poor excuse for a company. They have not shipped my order after 1 week and have received no updates at all. No shipment details, updates or feedback after numerous calls and emails. I only did business with them because of the BBBOnline logo; I figured I could trust them but I was mistaken. I went to the BBBOnline web site and filed a complaint about them. If you do, make sure that you realize the company name is wrong. They have "Marco Luggage" and "http://www.marcoluggage.com" instead of the correct "Macro Luggage" at "http://www.macroluggage.com". The BBB doesn't even take the time to make sure their information is correct. They have gone downhill (theBBB) over the years. What a shame about both companies."

"Couldn't be more pleased with the timely delivery, and the quality Travelpro Platinum wheeled garment bag I purchased -- for 15 percent less than any other online luggage site. I felt compelled to offer a very positive experience in view of the negative responses I read after making the purchase. My concerns after reading those "very dissatisfied" reviews were unfounded. Not only did my luggage arrive in the timeframe it was promised (with free shipping),I purchased it at a price far below other competitors. I'll definitely check Macro Luggage before making my next luggage purchase."

"Ordered two different items at seperate times this past month. I used thier links to place each order. On order #1 I received an email the next day that the product was out of stock and the order was cancelled..no option to wait until restocked. On order #2 I had not received any delivery date in over a week so I emailed them to which they responded with a email just like the first, this item was also out of stock and they cancelled my order...I'm not sure they have any products at all. And.... order cancelled, no other options to wait...BIZARRE"
