"Slap In The Face
Case was of very flimsy metal and plastic.
Couldn’t really have been much cheaper and still form a box.
Front audio / USB bezel had very loose USB ports and the audio ports are VERY dysfunctional.
No audio plugs I own would get a reliable connection – continued to be a real pain and unusable.
Explained this defective part and asked three times to simply get a replacement part for this front bezel.
Wouldn’t reply to first email attempts – allowed plenty of time.
When did reply, required me to uninstall everything from my case and return whole case at my expense.
Obviously, I was not going to do that.
Explained again just needed the front bezel – got no further reply after at least 3 weeks.

They clained unit worked on return, but could not replace with same unit. Took two months and two phone calls to get partial refund. Was charged restocking fee and unspecified shipping charges. "

Packaging was a joke. Stuffed in an envelope with no padding, bubble wrap etc. with my address slopily written on it by hand.
Overall:
When I needed a bluetooth USB dongle for my laptop, so that I may have all my mobile devices all happy and talkity, I went on pricewatch.com. For $11 computernyc.com fit the bill. My order was processed and shipped the next day. No shipping information, tracking, anything really. And one very barron email letting me know my order was shipped. Not exactly top notch, but I can live with it. Then I find out I was double billed, call them, they're closed (damned time difference). Call the next morning and they apologise and say the matter was already handled. Sure enough I call my bank, and it was. It took 4 days from order to delivery, which isn't bad at all. The packaging made me bite my nails, but everything seems in order, so I think I will continue to use them for my computer needs.
All in all, they're not established yet, they're no newegg, but they came thru at a good price. Thats all I really ask, anything else is just gravy."

"Incompetent. Takes days to email. Made multiple unwanted calls to me. Uses only FedEx and UPS, critisized me for using an address other than my CC's billing address (which is a PO Box mind you and those companies will not ship to), then advises me to put on an alternate address. I had and a long time ago. In fact, that alternate IS the address I gave them! I order from many companies using same info without issue. Then a week later, it turns out they don't even have the part I ordered. I could've received it twice over from any other company. Avoid if possible."
