"I ordered from this company June 23, 2006 and did not receive anything from the company. I left several messages via voice mail and email and didn't hear anything from the company. So, I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, the Internet Fraud Division of the FTC and with my credit card company stating the Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise rule (which covers internet purchases) and states that you are entitled to your money back if they have not shipped your order within the timeframe stated - which is up to 16 weeks with this company. I ended up getting my money back. Yes, it was a hassle and I would never order from them again, but it may be an avenue for some of you to get some of your money back. BTW, I filed all of these complaints online, with the exception of my credit card company due to being longer than 30 days. "
"COMPLETE FRAUD. I ordered a subscription on 7/11/06. Today is 11/6/06. I haven't received a single issue of the weekly magazine I ordered (theoretically it should arrive sooner than others, too, since it's a weekly). I emailed them 4 times--zero response. They do not post a phone number to call for customer service--they insist on you filling out a web form so they can just ignore it forever. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am trying to get a full refund. Apparently other people have had the same problem int he last 6 months or so."
"They ripped me off also. If you paid with PayPal, you can file a complaint. I talked to someone there and they said if enough people complain, they will go after them. If you paid with PayPal, go to their Resolution center link and make a claim. Even if it is over the 45day limit, they still will look at it. So, I am told. Also, I have read on another site that someone got reimbursed by going through the Canadian BBB (Better Business Bureau). Let's go after them and get them shut down!!!"

I emailed their customer support site several times with no answer from them. I don't think I will ever order another magazine online."
"Orderedand paid for a magazine from Magking.com (OnEM) which I never received. After waiting for almost 3 months, I contacted the publisher of the magazine and was told that they had never received payment from OnEM. E mailed them many times and did not receive an answer. The card company was goog enough to refund the amount I spent. Evidently, this is a Canadian company which makes it difficult for cutomers and credit card companies to seek any restitution. There are many reputable magazine sellers on the net. I would advise staying away from Magking or OnEM Systems, Inc."
