"Last summer I received a bill from Magazine Discount Center to pay for my gift subscription for O Magazine. It had all the correct info for the recipient of my gift, and the price was $19.99. So I paid on line and received an order number and order date on the printed receipt. Date: 7/14/2014.
September 20, I received a second & final notice from Oprah to pay for my gift subscription. I was sure I had paid, but couldn't find it in my check book, because I charged it. So I paid the $19.97 to Oprah magazine! I fool Taken advantage of. Now, what to do?? I have paid twice."

"My order was a renewal and Magazine Discount Center claimed that renewals would be fulfilled without missing an issue. I am still waiting for my magazine order. I haven't received my August issue (I renewed on 8/13 so I'm not too surprised because August was half over) but I still have not received September either and it is now September 6th. To keep my subscription current, I will have to renew with the actual magazine now, thus paying twice what I would've normally paid. I'm VERY DISSATISFIED."

"Renewed Redbook, Woman's Day, Good Housekeeping, and Oprah. All were paid for online 8-17-2014. Still getting invoices saying they were not renewed. Tired of not being able to contact customer service without an act of God.

"I did not intentionally order a magazine--I was trying to renew a subscription & was not on the web page I should have been. I tried to tell the representative, but he wouldn't listen to me. I then immediately canceled the unintentional order--so if you are saying I ordered a magazine from you--you are totally wrong, and I best not receive an invoice or have a charge made to my credit card. Your heading on the search page leads people to believe they are on the web page for a particular magazine when in reality they are not. This is misleading and in false advertising."
