"I placed an order online for Rider magazine and mistakenly made it for one year when I had intended to renew for 3 years. Immediately after doing that, I called to have my subscription changed and was told I would get a $12 refund after my order was processed. The woman I talked to assured me she would "watch" for it and credit it back. It's been a week now and I still haven't received my refund to my account."
