"Factory manual for case shows disk drive in upside down - installation "by the book" caused me to do damage to drive connector. Company offered no consideration for the damage. Power supply was not the one that was specified in the order. I was told I would get a $20 refund for the substitution but that has not happened yet. Wiring was well organized in the case and computer is running well after hot-gluing the drive connector. Shipping was prompt and computer was well packaged for shipping."

We apologize for any inconvenience.
Your order shipped out on time and was scheduled to be delivered on Friday Dec 27. Unfortunately because of bad weather and UPS heavy holyday traffic this package arrived one business day later than UPS promised. Because of this delay we contacted UPS requesting refund for shipping fees under UPS delivery guaranty policy. Unfortunately UPS denied our request informing that during holidays they suspend delivery guaranty for all packages beside next day air. We were also informed that refunds are not processed in case of disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena; and natural disasters. (in this case late train arrival because of the weather).
Please note that nowhere on our website we offer delivery guaranty by specific date. When order is placed we only provide approximate order processing time and approximate delivery date. Approximate delivery time base on normal UPS and FedEX operational schedule.
