"Ordered a Vivo mobile from Magic Bazaar. They are based in Shanghai, China. Tried to cancel order after a short time, a few hours later. I didn't get any response from their customer service before I open a dispute in PayPal.
When Magic Bazaar answered me they demand 20 % (twenty percent) of the total order sum as an administrative fee.
This is outrageous and the worst customer service I have ever experienced after online shopping for more than 13 years from webshop all over the world including many in China. You should all be warned of this practice from Magic Bazaar."
