"I had ordered the item on November 18 with a 2-day shipping order. It is now November 23rd and I am being notified the item has "gone missing" after me waiting until 10:35PM when the item was supposedly "delivered"."

"I ordered a phone Samsung Galaxy s6 received it on time everything looked great..... And then I tried to actually use a phone for you know calls, and guess what it wouldn't work. It would connect then drop off. I spoke with Verizon for 3 hours and they did all kinds of stuff that nope did't work. The best part of this story the day after I received my new phone I found out my father is paralyzed from the neck down and going in for surgery. Well he is in surgery as I type this and guess what I can't keep in touch with my sister to see how things are going. Oh and let's not forget that I switched my number to verizon bought time all that good stuff, and all I am being told is send it back and we will refund your money. That will take how long? So I spent all my money on my new phone and service and now I am being told my time will be lost and I won't have a phone for 3 to 4 weeks. That is just not right. Oh let's not forget the number I received with my package was disconnected or no longer in service. So I had to call Amazon to get the number to call and have no one answer. I sent an email, no response.... Maybe this will get your attention. Maybe now you will fix this!"
