Stay Away!!!!

"This is the worst internet seller I have ever dealt with. I ordered gifts for my Grandchildren for Christmas. I never received a confirmation of the order. When I went online to check the order, I could not see the order (even though I had all the relevant information). I called and after an inordinate amount of time on hold, I was told that my order was fine. I asked for an email confirmation. I never received it. I called after another week and was told the order was fine. Two weeks later, I received an email saying that the product was unavailable. My daughter ordered Christmas gifts for the same Grandchildren. They were never delivered. "

Buyers beware

"Ordered product with delivery in one week. Contacted company to track order and order was not found because my name was misspelled even though it was reviewed with company several times and is a common name. Website allowed different billing and shipping addresses but was not functioning so had to order via phone. After communicating problem with website functionality, the fact that I was given a delivery date a week earlier than the actual delivery (if you have a deadline, beware) and my name was misspelled and was not able to track the delivery, nothing was offer in compensation, such as discount on future purchase, shipping refund etc. Some of the worst online ordering experience of my life."

Misleading

"The item I ordered was missing one of the pieces, they claimed it was mentioned, it wasn't. I have to copy and paste to prove it to them. It was pricey but I bought it any way. Their prices are too high. The item is still available! "

Packages never arrive on time. Horrible service

"This is the second time I’ve ordered Christmas gifts from their site and the second time they took so long they actually didn’t arrive in time for Christmas (even though their shipping time promised they would). My bad for trying a second time. And the customer service was horrible. Every time I call, they seem like I’m bothering them with my questions. And shipping was not free, so I assumed that when I ordered a gift a month ahead of time it would arrive for the holiday!! Such a disappointment. Such horrible service. Never again!!"

Still waiting

"I'm not one to write a review, but I would hate for others to spend their money on a terrible website, like I did. While the prices were fair, and the customer service was acceptable, the actual process of providing a paying customer with an order is a major failure. I ordered my item over a month ago, and it still hasn't come. It has been back-ordered two times now, and I've had to contact them each time. I save yourself the trouble and AVOID Magic Cabin AT ALL COSTS!"

Back ordered for 6 months

"Not one to write reviews, but want to steer people away from the store. Purchased on item on 1/18/18 saying the order was confirmed and I had Amazon Prime 2 day delivery. As of 2/7/18, no notification was provided of the order was backlogged or still had not been shipped. Once I called, they said the order was backlogged until JULY for an order placed in January! They said I should have received an email telling me this, but it probably went to spam because that is where their emails tend to go (not a shocker now). No email was ever sent, and now will need to look for a new gift. Will absolutely never use this site again, and let this be a lesson for future buyers: use at your own risk. "

"I bought a product 14 days before Xmas with 2 day shipping. When the item never arrived by the 23rd I tried to find out why. Their online customer tracking didn’t work. When I finally got ahold of someone on the 26th I was told so sorry but it wasn’t their fault. My only resolution was a credit. I asked where is the package and was told by two different agents that they don’t check with the carriers. I would hav the research on my own. When I tried with NOTHING luck I called back asked to speak to a Mgr and was then told he was sorry but the carrier has sent the package out to a address that doesn’t exist and it is lost forever and they now have no more of the item so I can only get a refund. Love a lot of their products but customer service is part of the buying experience and they get a big 0 in that department. "

Magic Cabin has NO MAGIC!!!!

"I made an order on 11/12/16. It said it was shipped on 11/22/16. It was a very special present for my 2-year-old grandson. Yesterday I found out that despite being told it had been shipped, it indeed was not shipped and won't be available until February. Customer Service on the phone was not only 0 help, the operator told me that I should have ordered on the phone, that there were many website mistakes. her supervisor apologized and told me she understood my frustration. I hate those empty words. No solution, No satisfaction and absolutely no explanation as to why the order status had been moved to item shipped when it had not. Now it is too late to get it elsewhere. They do not understand my frustration. Shame on you Magic Cabin. I hope others will not order from you. Your online practices are deceptive and you have lost my business for life."

"I ordered an item in November for Chirstmas, two weeks later I used the live chat to check on the order and was told it was back ordered until 1/16 and I should have got an email which never came. I contacted them again on the 17th and told it was back-ordered until the 19th.

I am assuming they keep nothing in stock and place their orders from China as they come in and that is why they take so long to ship (if ever).

So if you plan on ordering, give yourself a couple of months at least for the item to arrive because even if they say it is in stock, IT'S NOT.

"Magic Cabin charged me right away for an item that was not in stock, then never told me it was on backorder until I contacted them the following week to ask where my order was. They told me "the agent was supposed to let you know the item was on backorder but probably forgot. But we are all human". What? How about just making it right for the customer and stop covering for somebody.

The first chat session rep told me it would ship out on the 16th of December, then the second chat session rep told me the 19th which was cutting it way too close for Christmas. At that point I had very little faith in them and just asked for a refund on December 8th. It is now December 16th and still no refund. When I contacted them to ask where my refund is, they told me it takes 7 to 10 days to process refunds...for an item I never even received. RIDICULOUS. Use a more reputable, organized company.

"Before I placed my order I use live chat and confirm that item in stock, they told me that it s in stock and will be shipped in 24 hours (order was placed and Thursday).

First Day (Friday): you order was not shipped because we do inventory on our warehouse.

Second Day (Monday): Your order was shipped but we can not give you tracking information because it was now scanned by UPS, as soon it will be scanned by UPS we'll provide you with tracking number. Also order can not be canceled because it was shipped.

Third Day (Tuesday): Assistant Crystal Cook: "You may track it at www.ups.com, with the following tracking number: 1Z........., It did just ship today, so it may not be scanned yet.". On my questing why they told me that it was shipped day ago: Crystal Cook: "Yes, it was. I keep thinking that today is the 24th. My apologies." So on Monday they can not give me tracking because it was not scanned by UPS, now they can, but UPS can not locate tracking number they provided. After 30 min on phone they can not tell me why my order was not shipped and they will not ship it by UPS next day air, because shipping cost more then ground.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I have ordered from Magic Cabin (www.magiccabin.com) in the past and will no longer do so. They send out misleading emails ("lowest prices of the season" - then offer lower prices a few weeks later but won't honor those) and send incorrect orders and then you have to pay a return shipping fee. Their customer service is anything but. Yes, they do have a few items that look appealing on their website, but I've found that they are much cheaper quality vs. what it looks like in the catalog. For items that aren't exclusive, you can find them MUCH cheaper on Amazon. I'm contacting my state attorney general about the misleading emails, but even if that's resolved, I recommend that you purchase toys from other vendors."
