"I placed and order online, the message said if I ordered with in the next 38 minutes my order would ship that day.
Yaaa that made me happy, I needed these right away.

The next day when I checked I noticed my order had not shipped so I gave you a call. The **** the phone said my
wasn't input in your system until almost 11:am the following day. Now I was not happy.

I asked could my order be expedited at your expense and I was told no I didn't place my order when I stated I did. NOW I was
feeling you were calling my lair. Soo very disappointed with your customer service."

"They emailed me on 5/22 to tell me my credit card was rejected. I called them the same day and they explained to me they had the incorrect billing zip code. I gave them the correct zip code over the telephone and they said they would process the order. I followed up on the order since I never received the goods the next day. They told me the credit card was rejected for incorrect billing zip code...Incompetence at is best! "
