"Ordered the 3M N95 mask through their website. The website stated they ship same day if ordered within a certain time. I called back a few days later to check on the status of the order to find out they were out of stock. Problem is their website still shows it is in stock while I’m talking to the customer rep. She informed me they don’t keep their website up to date and the item was out of stock now. I asked if that’s the case are they going to refund me the money since they charged me for something that is out of stock. She rudely said we will refund you when we do. I immediately called my credit card and thankfully they handled (credit card) the situation and put a hold on the charge. Don’t order from them because their website is not up to date and their customer service is horrible. "

"Some of the products I was trying to purchase shows in stock. After placing the order Cindy Silke, a customer service manager emailed me saying they don't have the products and will ship the remaining products I ordered.
I requested Cindy through email and left her a voicemail to cancel my entire order. But there was no reply after multiple tries. So I will wait to see if they are willing to cancel my order.
Finally, if products on your website shows in stock, it is in bad faith to cancel the order after the PO has been placed. If you do not want to sell to certain customers, don't show in stock and allow them to purchase online.
