"I ordered 2 pieces on October 27th. Waited a few days and called on Monday the 2nd because I never got a conformation. Although the woman on the phone was as helpful as she could be, she told me my order had been cancelled because there was an issue with my CC number. She also told me that one of my items we’re on back order. My issue obviously is, I never received and email or phone call about my CC OR the back order. I need these articles by Saturday. Then when I tried to cancel, she told me that they won’t take an item back because your vendor won’t accept it. Meanwhile both customer service issues were on your end not mine and now I have to find my work gear elsewhere. And spend DOUBLE because your company failed to contact me. "
