"Reviewing this because there are so few. Magnaflowplanet, allexhausts.com are the same Arizona based company. Good price on my muffler (used a email coupon) + free shipping. I should have ordered my pipes there and saved $10 over Amazon. I was a little nervous but Allexhausts.com seems to be a good company. Don't like that there's no tracking info without a call to them. I never called for it but the muffler arrived in 11 days over a Holiday. Amazons order for the magnaflow pipes placed the same day is still a week away when tracked. Quite a few people in forums got their order faster but AZ to Michigan always takes time. Will order again."

"I ordered an exhaust for my honda on the the 12th of this month and have not heard anything from them so far? Ive been told that it had shipped and should be at my door on monday but that has come and gone. It is now Thursday and I still have no tracking information nor have I gotten a response to my email inquiry? I have had luck when I call there 480 number from my invoice but i keep being told its been shipped but I did the same as the previous poster here and called fed ex but they have no packages going to my address? I also called up Magnaflow's sales department directly and they can't look up any orders without this companies purchase order number? I'm starting to run out of ideas but this is definitly some type of scam seeing as now all I get are messages? Be Careful"

"i have purchased two magnaflow mufflers on tuesday, it is now wednesday the week after and i still haven't heard from them, NO Tracking info (a week late than stated) and very bad communication!!! :-( But very fast to take my money. I had an email saying it has been sent VIA Fedex so i called Fedex and they dont have any record of my name nor my address in their system that shows a package on its way to me! They say they are open till 5 PST i have been trying to get ahold of them since the morning and all i get is the Voice mail. Also their web page states they are strickly MagnaflowPlanet.com, but a company called FASTER THAN THEM.COM took my money, they must be affiliated with them to make it seem as though the are a reputable source. Nobody is answering my calls and or responding to my e-mails. VERY BAD COMPANY DONT DEAL WITH THEM, DONT LET THE PRICES TRICK YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!
