"On September 28, I ordered a Professional Ultrasonic CD2800 Jewelry & Eyeglass Cleaner. Unfortunately, the device delivered to me was defective. I have immediately notified Customer Service. With a company representative, Michel Plamondon, we agreed that I test the unit for a period of two weeks. This period confirmed the defect. When I contacted customer service again to inform him of the situation, Mr. Plamondon deployed all available resources for the device to be replaced as soon as possible. This was done in 2 days.
