"I purchased vinyl adhesive letters for my classroom bulletin board, $55.00 worth. The quality was the worst I have ever used. They tore as you peeled them off so I could not use them. I called them to find out how I go about returning them for a refund. They had to talk to management and would call me back. Next day, no call so I called again. They had to get an O.K. would call me back. They did not call me back. I called a 3rd time, they were going to call me but lost my contact info (they had it from my order). This time I was put on hold for a very brief period - too brief to really contact someone. This time I was told that they could not give me a refund because they were a special order and proceeded to tell me that management explained to them that they were high quality letters and that the thinner the vinyl the higher quality it is and that they had never had a complaint like this before and also, if I tried peeling them from the bottom up I may have better luck with them...What the heck, this is total nonsense!!! I strongly encourage you to find another company to do business with."
