However I tried to call Magnolia 4 times to clarify aspects of the merchandise and my order, only to get voice mail each time and never got a return call.
The merchandise (pool pump) I ordered arrived on schedule. However, no where in the information on the website did it say the required voltage was 230V! I only had regular 120V for my previous pool motor. It would have been nice to know before hand that I would need rewiring of my set up to use the new pump!
Overall, the price was very good (A), Magnolia customer support/site information/service gets an F! So really good price, so not entirely bad, but really poor suupport/service = D- !"
"First purchase from Magnolia. Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Ordered Pentair pump (best price in the nation) and was able to pick it up at the store. Even had a follow up call from the main office to let me know that time will the pump be available for pickup.
After browsing through some prices online and in the store, Magnolia will be my new pool supplier even that I have to drive extra 10 miles, instead of to Leslie's, which is around the corner.

With the difference in price and not having to pay 8% local sales tax, saved over $400 if I were to get it from my local pool store. Well worth the 3 days it took to ship it. "Fast shipping. Pump got here without any problems. The junction box cover should have been a different color to match the pump, but it doesn't matter in my case."
