"DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE EITHER THEIVES OR HOPELESSLY INCOMPETENT! I ordered three subscriptions on June 20, 2007 and, dotay, as of December 12, 2007, haven’t received a thing. Not even a response to my three follow up email inquiries. They are completely MIA. I called the phone number on my credit card statement, and it won't even go through. I might as well thrown my money into the ocean.
I've filed a dispute with my credit card company, and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I suggest all the rest of you do the same. I'm hoping for a class action, personally.

"This company is nothing but a front to steal your money! They take your money give you a subscription for a few months then tell the magazine to cancel you. They never answer the phone, email, or anything else. I can't believe that this company is still allowed to operate! "I got a gift certificate and ordered 3 magazine subscriptions in January. It is now July and I have only recieved one of them. I have emailed them 4 times and called 2 times with no response whats so ever. This is not a company that I would do business again with. "

They took 96.95 from me for People Magazine and we never got the magazine. I have tried emailing and calling multiple time w/o success.

Phone #: ***-***-**** - this is the only phone number that a live person will answer. They usually say "hello?" like it is a residence, then when you ask for Cindy or Mags On the Net, they get nervous and transfer you to voice-mail.
I have placed a complaint with the BBB and plan to pursue this to the fullest extent. I don't care if it costs more than what they stole from me, scumbags like this should be in jail."
"This is the worst internet company I've dealt with in 13 years. The absolute worst. They still have my money and no magazine after 9 months. They made a recorded claim at their customer service number in summer that they would take calls again in two weeks once they moved. Didn't happen. Then they said on a voice recording to leave requests at a customer service email address and mails would be returned in a few days. Hasn't happened yet, after several months and repeated requests. If you like online gambling, gambling that you'll receive what you paid for, be my guest and order from them. They have a perfect "out" in that magazines take about three months before you recieve them, but this is long past your ability to stop payment on your credit card. They have your money and you are SOOL, when there is no way to communicate with them and get a response. This company has made repeated promises and failed on all. I hope I can save someone else my experience with magsonthenet.com"
"Pros: They did fill my order at a very low price, albeit rather slowly in comparision to their competitors.
Cons: Communications are terrible: no order acknowledgement, delayed or no response. Calling the phone number got recorded messages "This office is closed", "Our telephone system is being overhauled and we cannot respond for several weeks", "We are moving to bigger offices and cannot take calls". You get the idea. My reccomendation - call to place an order, don't do it on-line."
