" I purchased a Groupon for an excellent price I guess you pay for what you get . This company is horrible they have no photo editing / resizing ( I’d pay for the option ) which most people can’t do on their own. With that being said I created a banner for a football coach gift from the team . I asked for a callback because I got sent two emails about the size of my photo ( that’s because I reached out to contact them about the photo ) I got a call back and They basically stated they can cancel my order which was not an option because it’s a coaches gift like I mentioned and I already paid for shipping and of course I paid for my Groupon voucher I’m impatient and I don’t want to wait for money to be reimbursed to my cards and that’s besides the point. They charge a lot of money for the banners yet don’t have the options that most people need to create something so detailed ! I’m very disappointed in the customer service when I did get a phone call back she was very arrogant ignorant and rude . I recommend going elsewhere never again will I use Mailpix ... i’ve use different companies in the past and what I had ordered came out perfect look great images were sharp very defined and detailed ... I would shop around before ever going with this company"
"They are more concerned about quantity than quality, they don't check orders since they get so many. They print as received through their site, which means if you don't understand the site and how you're laying out your design, too bad. Mine came out good, except the extra text box that printed since I have never done this type of thing before and they don't proof anything that comes through. Won't use them again."
"Website is not user-friendly I could not preview my banner it was printed and sent with me with only a picture no words. Now I have a useless banner they will not help me, I was Told I need to purchase a new banner. I would never give this company another dime !!"
"It was easy to order, came in fast, but oh my it is horrible. Preschool quality. The letters are not even on the banner, the back ground color was supposed to be green and it has black splotches throughout it and the logo is blurry. No way to use it. You could color your own and it would be better. "
"Ordering seemed too easy and yep. Complete mess!!! Proofed by two people before placing order. What I saved was not what I got!! I mean who wants a shot of an upper thigh on a graduation poster. No communication to notify of problem!! Just banner with a thigh on it. Ugghh"

I would get atomatic receipts emails but never was contacted by customer support. I bought a $60+ product that I now can't get a refund on even because no one is answering me. "
"Lost order. I wanted reimbursement. Mailpix wants to issue me credit but who would reuse a company that loses time sensitive documents? I might be an exception but companies attitude is that their responsibility ends after pictures are mailed. I believe their responsibility is that the customer is satisfied. Why won't they reimburse me? "

"Ordered one 8 x 10 Canvas Lite. Between the processing and shipping times, was told in the receipt to arrive 6-9 Business days. Ordered on 8-2-15, Sent an email on 8-18-15 asking for a tracking number because I never received my picture, and it was for a baby shower that WAS 3 days ago. They responded a day later, on Aug 19 to tell me that since it was sent by USPS, there is NO tracking number, that it WAS shipped out on 8-6-15, but it will take ANOTHER 12 business days due to being shipped out by USPS. Total wait time (assuming this to be true, and I DO get the one picture) ONE MONTH. Even the USPS for Media Mail (the slowest way for any mail to go) will take 10 days. I still don't have the picture, but maybe it will come, but buyer beware, don't go here unless you can wait over a month for your order (which is NOT what they say when you order from them)."
"Terrible customer service! I was trying to place an order... Contacted them via phone several times and they email and NOT ONCE did Mailpix.com respond to my inquiries. If this is the way they treat new customers, they won't be around for long. Too much competition to be treated like crap! Shame on Mailpix! I would NEVER recommend them... Ever!"
