"I renovated my 3 bathrooms 5 years ago, purchasing everything new to replace my old stuff from this site. It all worked like clock. Reasonable prices, everything, I repeat, everything what delivered as promised on time. The whole container with glass shower stall doors was crashed in transit, I was upset but things happen in real life, the market (the stock market, I mean, that reflects trends of real life) sometimes goes against you. I reported to sales guys, they were very sympathetic and helpful: a new container arrived 5 days later. I am a pretty hard passenger by nature, asking hundreds of questions. The guys operating the site were very patient, spend as much time with me as I needed. Now 5 years later one p-trap under my Virtu sink started leaking, and fixing it I came back to the site for a couple of flange gaskets to see, to my amazement, one star reviews. I cannot believe the company changed so much. My wild guess it's competition trying to put the company down. Now, while checking my vast correspondence with them at the time, one customer support name came up, Faz. Great guy. Thanks, mainfaucet.com, I highly recommend it"
"I purchase a Ruvati sink and faucet in October of 2015. It ended up being the wrong size for our reno, so I order a new sink and returned the first one in Nov 2015.
I still have not gotten a $569.90 refund on the first sink!
The return email said to allow 2-3 weeks for a credit to my credit card. That didn't happen. I called in January 2016, spoke with Simon...again. He said he would "send a check."
Never got it.
I called and email...nothing.
As of January 2017, the number I originally called goes to LightingCity.com (their other company) and no one answers!
Completely frustrated!
It's over a year, no refund still!
Tried to dispute it with Amex, but they only have a 60 day time period to dispute a charge.

"Called to make sure vanity would be delivered by my needed date. Assured it would. When it didn't come, had to call only to be told it was "damaged in shipment" but a new one immediately being sent. When that one didn't come, had to call and was told the replacement was "lost in transit." Really????? Took me over 10 calls and numerous emails to cancel and over a month later receive partial refund, speaking to many different people over the course of a month to get my money back on an items I canceled before it was shipped (Strike 1). First call I made to make sure Item was not shipped, Then I asked to Cancel the order. Guess what the story was changed many times after that. Finally they said there was a mistake item was shipped but they were able to get it back and I should be getting full refund in a day or two.
