"I bought what I thought to be 2 boxes of contact lenses in April of this year and reached out to their “company” last month regarding my order because they did not ship my order out yet. They emailed me back saying that they did not receive my payment when my bank account showed that they took the payment out the same day I purchased the contacts. I emailed them showing screenshots of my bank statement and bank account that shows the transaction was fully processed and I paid for my items. They continuously wrote back to me telling me that they do not see a transaction from me and that payment did not go through. I emailed them again and showed a screenshot of my order on their site, my bank statement, and my bank account because they said that they would forward my email to another department. I sent the screenshots again even though they were in the email thread. They claimed that they were going to look into it and get back to me. They supposedly did, and they claimed that I had made a second transaction the same day (I did not - I had only made one transaction ever with that company, and that was for the two boxes of contacts that I am speaking of. I bought both boxes in one transaction). I told them that I am convinced that this is fraudulent because they keep lying to me about my transaction and it shows that I paid in full for my contacts. They claimed that the first transaction did not go through, but the second transaction went through and they see that I did make a payment and they would refund me for that payment since I requested to be refunded. They also claimed that they were about to ship my contacts to me and I wrote them back saying that I wanted a refund. I do not believe that they were about to send anything out to me because they Never sent me a shipping notification. And besides, if they supposedly didn’t receive my payment, why would you ship products to me?! Now all of a sudden I made two transactions….I never made a second order. As of last week, they claimed that they funded me on May 7, but I have yet to see any refund from them. They told me to contact my bank and I did and they do not see any refund nor does my bank see any pending refund to my account from that “company”. I emailed Majorlens and told them that I am convinced that this is fraudulent activity because they keep lying to me about my transaction and saying that they refunded me when I do not have a refund from them. I am very disappointed that someone would do something like this to people or a living. There’s thousands of legit jobs they could do and they decide to be frauds and steal peoples’ hard earned money. Money does not come easy nowadays. Please do not buy from this company ever, they will not refund you any money that you have sent to them, their website is fake, they do not have any products that they will give you as well. They will take your money and lie to you."
"Their contact lenses are fake and hurt my eyes a lot. I ordered daily lenses and I only opened one and it hurted like hell in my eye. I contacted them and returned all the lens to them. I had to pay shipping fees to send the items back and they won’t give me a refund! I have to do a chargeback with my card company and I’m going to report this scam company everywhere!"

"I discovered Majorlens a couple of years ago, and have ordered from them several times now, saving hundreds of dollars. Product is exactly the same as what you would get from an optometrist, delivered to your door. (You should still get your annual exam, though!) Their customer service is terrific: I just placed an order this week, and the following day, I got a promo email with a code for Black Friday. I wrote them asking if I could possibly rebook the order to get the discount. They informed me the order had already shipped, but they happily credited my credit card with the discount anyway. "Ive been ordering from majorlens for over 2 years now and they have never given me an issue. I saw the sub par reviews and figured I should help even out some of the negative reviews. Ive put in probably 10 different orders over the last few years and all have arrived within 2-4 weeks max (its from overseas) and are completely legit and trouble free. Maybe Im lucky but I can't see why others have had issues as my experience has been great. "I wear Acuve Oasys lenses. As I researched where to buy them, MajorLens is the #1 cheapest place to buy them. Awesome! But, of course I wondered why they were so cheap. There is very little to no information on-line as to if these lenses (which have been shipped from either Singapore or Germany the 3 times I have ordered) are legit. But, I think I have cracked the code as to why they are cheap. As I have inspected my boxes and packaging of my Acuve Oasys lenses they seem very legit. I have compared them to a box I ordered straight from my optometrist. They are the same. But...the ones from MajorLens were a year expired. So there's the answer. What do expired lenses do to you? Not sure. Just be aware and buy at your own risk. Apparently at least 1 study shows that expired contacts are just as safe as non-expired contacts, but the Acuve company has stated that no, they are not safe. "Beware. I ordered from here because I've been wearing acuvue advance for ten years and acuvue has discontinued making them. I received the order today. The box looked pretty similar to the actual boxes I ordered several years ago but still different. However, when I opened the box I was disappointed as the lens packets look completely foreign. The acuvue advance part is not centered and the real ones have acuvue (R) and then a (TM) after advance, but this one has (R) after both terms. Also, the A is lower case in advance and the entire thing is to the left instead of centered. In acuvue advance plus I noticed its kind of toward the left, but the advance is lowercase for the real ones vs uppercase. At first I thought this is new packaging, but I've spent hours searching and can't find an image like the ones I've received online. I wish I can attach the photo but there's no option. I have contacted them to return because I don't want to risk infection or blindness"
"I ordered a year supply of Acuvue Oasys in 10/2014. I have been wearing them for several months. Several times when I have put in new lens, my sight through one of the lens will be noticeably blurry (so much so that I end up throwing away the lens and wearing another new one). Today I went to an eye exam (7/2015) and the doctor suggested they may have been defective lens. I just wanted to warn you of my experience. I would not order from this company again. In addition, my doctor now sells Acuvue Oasys in boxes of 24 pairs and it ends up being cheaper than this company for a years supply."
