"I was sent a very cheap mole remover that has not worked from Day 1. I did not open it until a couple weeks after it arrived as I was out of town. Imagine my disappointed to find that the product would not operate as described and the lights kept flashing. Changed batteries, tried and tried. Contacted Make Trendy but they said it was past the 10 day return policy. If the item is defective, they do not stand behind their products. This website is a shambles and I will do everything in my power to see they go out of business. "

I get nothing but useless emails with nothing but excuses from incomplete address to it being the carriers problem none was home etc etc. this small of purchase can easily fit in the mailbox. "I purchased a spot eraser pen for my wife's birthday from them on 3rd Dec, and received it early January.We could not get it to work, but assumed that we weren't using it correctly as the instructions in "Chinglish" were virtually unintelligible. Upon further research we realised that the pen was faulty from the beginning. When I asked Make Trendy for a replacement or refund, I was told that as I had not contacted them before the warranty period of TEN DAYS ended, there was nothing they could do. Nowhere on their website is a ten day warranty mentioned. To be legally sold in Australia, an item must have a statutory warranty period of at least 3 months. My only recourse is to raise a dispute with Paypal. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from these scoundrels!"
"I would not recommend purchasing from Make Trendy. I saw an ad online, their ad was actually a video. It was a "prank" item of a bug that was remote controlled. It looked life-like in the video. What I received was outrageously large and nowhere near life-like. This probably wouldn't fool a soul. My bearded dragon gave me the "are you serious, this isn't a real bug" look. On top of that, it has a bright light on it that you couldn't see in the video. How many bugs you know that crawl on the ground have a bright LED light on the top of it? Yea, not realistic at all. The remote is also line-of-sight, so you can't even hide that from your unsuspecting victim.
When I reached out to the company it was TERRIBLE! I received one incomprehensible email after another... they don't understand english, yet are targeting and selling to us. They kept sending emails that made no sense and refused to give me a refund if I send the unused products back. If any company is not willing to accept refunds, I would not recommend ordering from them! The price was already pretty high for this piece of garbage! Don't buy from Make Trendy! It's garbage crap from people who just want your money, they could care less about having a good product or customer service!! "
