"Outstanding customer service! Had a shipment of posters scheduled for delivery on Tuesday to be displayed on Wednesday. It's late Tuesday and still no delivery. Makesigns contacted FedEx and learned that the shipment was stuck in a container in New Jersey. No way to know if we would receive them on time. Unbelievably, Makesigns opts to reprint the ENTIRE set of 18 posters and ship them Tuesday, with next day, 10:30am delivery. At no charge! The first time, they actually sent me the "wrong" poster, but they so quickly rectified this and got me what I needed in plenty of time for the conference I was attending. They really went above and beyond the call. The second time, I was very impressed at their thorough proofreading of the poster I submitted.
