"I bought a holster case for my Blackberry phone from this company on eBay. I accidentally bought the bigger size, and needed the smaller size for my Blackberry Pearl. I emailed for an RMA# and promptly sent the case back. They claim they never got it back, and because I didn't get a tracking number since I was sending it back first class, I was told they never received it. After about a month of checking and being told they never received it, I gave up. I never recovered the money I paid for the case, I was going to reorder the smaller size, but ended up ordering it from another vendor. I was out about $15 in the end, but I felt like they didn't really care if I had the right case or not. And because of the lack of tracking number, they knew I would never know if they got it back or not. I sent it to the address they emailed to me. I just hope they are being honest, but I have no way of knowing. Bad experience with this company."

"Sorry, but Malcom wireless works in conjuction with another huge scam regarding "Whiteblast teeth whitening"

I got scammed, no receipt, nothing, but I did get the packages with fraudulant addresses, even called New York City property tax division, and they said there is no such address. Even at the bottom of their website, they put a dash in the middle of their address. My packages came from 55-02 Broadway woodside, which is in queens. But on Fed Ex package they put their phone number ***-***-**** which comes back to 5108 woodside.

Whiteblast uses an australian company called ezidebit to do money transaction, had to shut account down. Can not contact them.

Plus whitblast email hyperlink to cancel is bogus and there is no way to cancel within 14 days, so they just take your money. I tried to cancel on eleventh day. They use fraudulant dentist websites called sullivan dental, and terry dental practices. I have copies of everything.

Therefore, Malcom wireless needs to be shut down, investigated by New York States Attorney General, postal inspectors, Federal Trade Commission for operating under this scam network.

Plus if we were to send our packages back, that cost $169, where would they go? The florida attorney generals office is also suing companies like whiteblast as well.

"I ordered a Motorola MPX 220 Battery. (SNN5747A) from www.malcomwireless.com
The site promised to ship the battery in Original Motorola Retail packaging.
The battery was shipped with no retail packaging in a small plastic bag that was open.
When I asked them if they could ship the battery in original packaging they said the one they sent me is the same and the original packing costs them more 5 dollars. They said they can give me 2 dollars discount on the price I paid.
I asked them to refund the money and I would return them the battery they had shipped. They said I would have to pay for shipping. They are highly unethical and don't ship things as promised on their website. Never buy any stuff from these guys. Besides they would argue with you to death as to how they are correct and you are wrong. I had a horrible experience with them. I paid $50 for a battery which costs $15 if bought the OEM version. The OEM version is what they shipped.

"Purchased a Jabra JX10 headset from the lowest price on pricegrabber that seemed to have a decent rating. Opened box to find package will seal broken. Contents had clearly been opened and re-packaged. Tried it our anyway, no surprise - It doesnt work. Even took the time to call Jabra support and confirm. After three emails, they reply with RMA number and not only do I not get back my shipping costs, but I have to pay to send it back! I just spent $15 to have this company send me a piece of previously used junk and send it back to them. Highly recommned you avoid this vendor!"

"Return of defective Ericsson HBH-35 Bluetooth headset (also sold as "new" but delivered an open box with no waranty card ) required multiple emails and calls to get an RMA number and to get a refund and they charged a 25% re-stocking fee! Printed policy included with order did not match the 25% re-stocking fee on ALL returns! Uncooperative, "couldn't be bothered with" attitude. Buyer beware!"
