"Shocking service, and no product to go along with it (there is a word for taking someones money and giving them nothing in return, after you promised a product or a refund? Theft?).
I ordered a Lowrance LMS 320 Fishfinder on the 3rd November 2003 as a Christmas gift. They had the cheek to emailme asking to confirm the order, as if I was just checking price could I notify them as they would like to put the item back into their inventory!!!Payment was recieved by Mall24-7.com, in full, from my credit card on the 6th November 2003. I have had excuses, which were reasonably understandable - along the lines of - product discontinued, we will upgrade your order to the new model at no extra cost, the supplier has let us down with delivery. This all through email corrospondance. I have tried phoning them, left countless messages but even that does not get a reply. On the 6th of February 2004 I asked for a refund. They replied on the 11th February 2004 and stated that the refund would post within 48hours. Since then I have emailed on countless occasions, phoned on as many occasions and their response? Not even a reply saying a delay in the refund, or that they have lost my details and hence cannot action my refund. I have had no contact whatsoever since the 11th February 2004 and have no idea as to how I will get my money back from mall24-7.com So much for the way that their mails are signed off 'we LOVE our customers'. "
"I ordered a Bushnell range finder 3/16/04. 20 min after I ordered it I sent an e-mail to change the shipping requirements. (From ground to 2 day service). It has been 3 days and I have since sent 3 e-mails and left 2 voice mails. Nobody answers my replys. It seems that no one there cares enough about there customers to respond to the e-mails or voice mails. They claim to try and ship the same day? They claim they respond to e-mails with in 24 hrs? This is surly not the case."
"I purchased a Garmin Map 76s. I received a tracking number witing 48 hours and received my GPS witing a week. Very pleased and would buy from them again."

I had some difficulty contacting Mall24-7 for an Return Authorization number, but eventually got one along with a return address, and was told I would receive a refund. Shipped it back, UPS tracking shows they received it, but never heard from them again. No refund, no response to repeated emails or phone calls. They apparently won't respond to my credit card company or the Better Business Bureau's attempts to contact them either."
