"Excellent selection of products and very good pricing. However, once I placed my order I found the sale follow-up to be very inadequate. I did receive an order acknowledgement but that is where everything stopped. I did not receive and status reports to my email address or shipping information. I was forced to go back into their website and manually track my order. Unfortunately, the only update I get is "In Processing". It has been in processing for 6 days now? Wow, I would of thought that I would of received my order by now."
"Ordered the 3rd, "shipped" the 10th, in other words the paperwork to ship was completed the 10th but it hasn't actually even been picked up yet. And the 10th was Friday, so it won't actually go anywhere until the 13th. Very disappointed. It's 2013 are they still handwriting, handpicking, and hand packing orders in their "economy facility" Sounds like they had it drop shipped from somewhere else.
I will never purchase anything from slowventureship again.
In response: I sent email on 5/6 and asked how much it would cost to get the order out sooner and the only reply I received was that it would ship in 4-7 days with no information regarding expediting. I WOULD HAVE PAID MORE TO HAVE IT SHIP OUT SOONER. Instead of responding with a way to resolve the situation they just let it sit. Whatever, live and learn. Never again."
“I'm sorry you are disappointed. We are completely up front about the time frame that the economy shipping orders take (4-7 business days) and it looks like your order is within the time frame. If you didn't want to save a few bucks any of our other standard shipping methods would have gotten it delivered by now for just a few dollars more, our economy shipping is ONLY for people who want the best deal and can wait for it. I apologize for the misunderstanding.
