Have had an order "in Warehouse" since 12-17-12 they charged my card for the full amount on 12-19-12. I have emailed them twice for status with NO response. I have had two other orders with them in the past with no issues. I thought they were first rate they have a great reputation but not communicating with me at all tears it!. I will never order from them again their customer service is absolute CRAP! It will be funny if they see this review and ask me to contact their customer service, HA! really, how by email? That's funny!"

"I recently purchased 2 bulldog 35" tactical shotgun cases. They arrived quickly (6 days after ordering) and in perfect condition. On the attached card the description included a shoulder strap wich was not included, but in all fairness was not advertized with a shoulder strap (a little confusing). As far as man venture outpost.com goes, very easy to order from and to deal with and I love that they show if an item is in stock or not. All in all a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend doing business with them."

You need to come up with a better way to check available stock before charging some ones account when you have NOTHING IN STOCK TO FILL THE ORDER & THEN MUST REFUND TO SAID ACCOUNT!!!!!! You wast my time hold up my cash! THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!!!!!
Fix it & I will gladly return. FYI, I spent over $1,200.00 from Dec. 19th through Jan. 14th 2013 with 2 of my vendors. I was looking for other vendors & found, You had some great prices the day I ordered $300.00 worth. If it all went well, I had another $1,700.00 in orders for my group.
Sad thing is I do not do, Take my cash, then see if you have it in stock. Only to find you DON'T!
