I requested an RA # It took 3 emails to get any response. I sent them back on the 10th. For the replacement Black Stocks. I saw that they were received on there dock on the 13th. It is now the 24th of July and still no response. NOTHING! I have now tried another 3 mail and still no response. This is the problem with the NO PHONE POLICY.
