"The Trijicon RMR (RM07)seemed to work well initially, but noticed after a couple of weeks that the RM07 would no longer turn on. Dismounted the RMR from my pistol, replaced the battery, and everything was okay, until four days later when that fresh new battery was dead.

Tried to contact Trijicon's customer service department but all attempts for receiving an Return Authorization Number were ignored, even though Trijicon's website states that a customer service representative will make contact before 4pm the following day.

Thankfully the fine folks at ManVenture Outpost think better of their customers, and replaced my faulty battery-operated Trijicon RM07 with the non-battery-operated Trijicon RM04.

Would have no problems recommending ManVenture Outpost to any one! "
