"Based on information I was given by the customer service of the manufacturer of the handgun I own, I was lead to believe that magazines were interchangeable between generations of their handguns. ManVentureOutpost.com had the magazine at an extremely reasonable price so I ordered 2. When they arrived, I dry fit them to my handgun to find that they didn't fit at all. The newer generation magazines are too large to fit into the magazine well of the older generation handguns. I contacted customer service via email to request authorization to return the magazines for a refund twice within 2 weeks after making the initial request within 24 hours of receiving the magazines and have not heard a word from them a month later."
