Left message, but they did not return my call. Contested the charge with my credit card company and they agreed to refund the amount. "With my first purchase on Man Venture Outlet I had a very very tough time getting ahold of anyone that could help me with my order, ( no phone numbers to call or anyone to answer it). I purchased a Daniel Defense AR-15 that showed it had a lot in stock, by the time my purchase went through they said it went out of stock. After placing the substantial $$ order with them I get zero customer service on what was happening with my purchase. I had to do my own hunting to find a secondary website that runs this website to finally get some help. Once I finally got ahold of someone they were able to follow through and help me get my gun A month later. On a positive note since then I placed a second order for magazines and had no issues getting them. In short you need to improve your customer service by giving a phone number for a human being we can talk to, or be very much more responsive to any questions regarding people's orders."
