"If you EVER have to speak with someone at ManVenture, be prepared for an "experience"... It is VERY, VERY DIFFICULT to reach someone [ANYONE] on the phone. ...Oh, and they do NOT respond to e-mails (not mine anyway {3 of them in a week, NO responses}).
If you do find a person to speak with, you just MIGHT find someone with a REAL ATTITUDE PROBLEM - who likes to tell you that you do NOT know what you are talking about (when it comes to YOUR personal information, bank info, etc), and that ManVenture's "system" is the ONLY ONE that has the proper safeguards in place ~ and that Banks and Credit Card companies do NOT know what they are doing when it comes to processing payments, coding "Bill To" info, etc. Again, they are VERY arrogant, and VERY difficult to deal with. Were it not for the fact that they had some items in stock at very good prices, I would have looked elsewhere (ANYWHERE else)."
