"Ordered 2 packs of hooks, and ordered Feb. 28. Paid for 4 to 7 day shipping option for $6.00. Outrageous shipping costs for 2 small bags the size of your hand. Did not receive until March 15th. Said in stock and contacted customer service, no reply from website customer service contact form I filled out, UNTIL I did a review. NOW I received an email regarding my review and excuses why I don't have my product. It was obviously way over 4 to 7 day shipping! First email response was i should of paid for faster shipping, and then i was told to take my frustration with postal service! ! I was shocked. Feb 28 to March 15th for hooks and 4/7 day shipping that cost way to much to begin with?? They should of redunded my shipping, period!!
Buyer beware high shipping cost, errors on website product information, slow shipping and NO customer service. Oh and no phone interaction! I had to buy local and defeated the whole purpose of ordering early and online to get a better deal, won't be ordering from here ever! Now I paid twice for an item I only needed once. "

The not so good: Only communication by email I ordered fishing rods in bulk and needed a rate for combined shipping. After 3 emails I was still unable to get a price, and there is no way to speak with a sales person to work out order details. It's just an inconvenience."

We saved you several dollars off the next cheapest place, which in your mind might not be a whole lot, but it is a large percentage on an order this small and is the reason you ordered from us, I just wish you would have read our advertised shipping information that is in the name of the shipping method you chose so there would have been no confusion.”
