"If you buy online from this store and pay using pay pal you can not return the goods to the store. I tried to return an item and was advised I had to follow the procedure on the back of the delivery note and that I should read the terms and conditions. I wonder how many people read the terms and conditions when buying a £15 cardigan!! Anyway I was in the store and they would not take this item back I had to complete the form and take it to RS McColl (2 doors down from the store)! Bonkers!! Anyway Mancdo you have lost a customer I would not be bothered with that for a carry on. My suggestion would be pull your socks up and get in line with other stores who deal with these things more professionally"
