"This site is HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I spent $70 on a clock for my boyfriend as an anniversary present. He REALLY wanted this so I opted to order it from this website since it was the only one that didn't charge an insane amount of shipping. After waiting literally a month to receive my item I opened it excitedly only to find that it wasn't even close to what I ordered! I contacted Maniacool's customer service through email (the only option they provide) and after a week no one responded. I was forced to file a claim through paypal who forced the seller to give me a refund but, I was forced to pay return shipping which was about $50! It was absolutely ridiculous and definitely not worth the headache! Now I'm broke and can no longer afford to get my boyfriend the actual present he wanted and I refuse to give him the piece of crap they sent me. Very poor quality products and very high prices! "I was very sceptical with maniacool.com. I had great experiences with deal-cool.com and by the time deal-cool was closed and I got a mail that said that the new site is delicool and maniacool. So I dared to order from the site and it was a replica monster headphone that costs about 105 buck plus the fast shipping that I wanted because the headphones are for my cousin as a present. So I had lack of time and the extra cost worth for me a faster shipping which is 5-8 days according to the site's shipping infos. First it took about 3-4 days them to collect my item from the suppliers. thats ok. But when the site said that it has been posted, and they sent me the tracking number, it took 5 days to appear on singapore's ems site. I wrote many mails to maniacool. They were kind and polite, but I felt that the reply that I got is an automatically replied letter. So till now my package is ordered since 8-9 days and nothing quite happened. It was handover to airline about 5 days. finally it took overally 16 days to arrive at me. So I dont think so its express!! When I received my package after I peeled the plastic thing, it was horrible what I saw. The box was smashed, corners was squashed. The headphone itself was scratched, felt like its been used before. Im not satisfied at all. So would NOT recommend this site to anyone! Beware from em!"
