"UPDATE (8/2/23): I emailed them again (the creativemarketing888 email address from their email confirmation) and said that if I didn't hear from them within 24 hours I would be reporting them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) for fraudulent business practices. Within ten minutes of sending that email I got an email confirmation from Mannaharvest that my order had been canceled and my payment had been refunded.

I ordered from them on 7/19/23 and still have not received any communication from them, despite multiple attempts from me to email them and use the contact form on their website. I cannot find any phone number or address on their website. I received the automatic confirmation email that they received my order and would let me know when it ships. Now it's 8/1, still no communication from them. It is impossible to get in touch with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ... save yourself the hassle, lol. Also, note that this website is very similar to others under the same "Goodie Sales" company umbrella. If you go to any of the other websites they're pretty much exactly the same so I would be leery of all of them. I know there is one called Organic Kingdom and another called True Foods Market. The phone number offered on these websites is the same so I am going to use it to see if I can speak to anyone about Mannaharvest. The number is ***-***-****."
"I ordered from Mannaharvest.net on July 7 with the understanding that I had 3-day shipping. On July 12 I had still not received the shipping confirmation so I emailed to find the status of the order. No response. Two days later I messaged them through their "contact us" portal on their website. Still no response. I am having the same experience as most of the customers on these reviews which go back to 2005. Obviously this company has never cleaned up their act. This will definitely be my last order, it I ever receive it."
"I tried to order some items with Manna Harvest on 1/13/22. Unfortunately, when I checked out, the shipping total was $66. I had to cancel most items and tried my luck with Amazon and other market sellers. One item, even with the shipping cost of $14 was still a good deal to buy so I ordered it. On 1/15/22, I received a cancellation order because they did not have enough supply to fulfill my order. My 1st experience with this company is not very good, I will most likely not coming back to their site. I gave two stars because their products look very good (excluding the reality that they may be out of stock with those items) and for promptly notified me so I can look somewhere else."

After repeated phone messages left unreturned I finally sent emails and phone messages requesting to cancel the order(which it states you are not aloud to do on their site) The next day i received an email thanking for my order with a tracking number.

I have called them 3 times and e-mailed to discuss this with no further response. Poor service, unreasonable request to have customer pay for their error!!! "
"Both of the products I ordered were out of stock and took several weeks to arrive, despite the item pages' lack of an "out of stock" message or similar disclaimer. I also had to manually request tracking numbers from their support staff, rather then receiving them automatically upon shipping confirmation. I would not patronize this merchant again."
