"Very Unhappy with Mannys Tv & Appliances store in HADLEY. In past have purchased many many appliances. My family has been a good loyal customer. I purchased a Maytag Centennial Washing machine 5/13. It was delivered afternoon 5/17. I used it - and hated it. It bounced all over the floor - put very little water in. Will not met my needs for my washes - as I have to wash pet beds, etc. Had I been told about this - or seen a demonstration I would not have purchased. Water does not even cover 1/4 of the load. How can I was pet beds with no water!!! THIS machine does not fit my needs - and the fact that it puts in very little water --and your wash is covered in soap suds - that it spins out of clothes......this is not the way I wash!! Don't need sticky clothes. So Saturday morning I was at the store at 10:00 AM and told them I did not like this product and would like to exchange it for a good old fashioned washing machine. Keep in mind - Nothing on receipt or web site about exchanges. THEY FLAT TOLD ME I COULD NOT RETURN IT!!! Like tough luck - you bought it - you are stuck. I was mortified by my treatment!!! They offered me nothing - I cannot not even pay a stocking price and return it. They really took advantage of me and I regret the thousands of dollars I spent over the years with this company. It's a slap in my face. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau - so I won't even get help from them. I will never ever step in their store again...and I'm planning on telling anyone and everyone (social media) and all about my horrible treatment. I am stuck with a washing machine that I hate and cannot use half the time. HOW very disappointing. I cannot afford to buy another machine. "
