"I read the reviews here and didn’t expect much when I placed the order for a manual for 8 USD. I was even more worried when I didn’t receive the download after 24 hours. But to my surprise, about three days later the manual became available in my downloads. And everything seems good! Was able to download it and the resolution is great! Not saying everyone will be this lucky but I thought I’d give my experience. "

After repeated emails and waiting nearly 2 months, I finally got a manual... in a foreign language version! These people are terrible to deal with. Since then, I have tried for another 6 weeks of emails to get a refund of my money. My attempts to contact them are met by an automated reply saying that "A representative will follow-up with you as soon as possible."
