"I ordered the items on 11/25/13 and paid for three(3) day delivery. To date, 12/01/13 the items have still not been delivered. Contacted the company and received an e-mail indicating the delivery schedule which I was able to ascertain on my own. I should have been informed that the delivery would have followed a "routine" delivery schedule and not a three(3) day! I should not have been charged for three(3) day delivery. I have registered a dispute with AMEX over the shipping charges.
