"The website isn't the best with ordering gift certificates via email. They don't look like gifts or special at all. I wanted to order the certificate, have the email sent to me, then be able to forward it to someone, and it really didn't work out well at all. I also couldn't set a date/time to send it. Last, logging into my account doesn't tell me what my Marbles account loyalty points balance is. I know I've been accumulating these points, so it would be good to see the total, even if I can only redeem the points in person."
