"I placed an order on 12/16/12 using regular postal service. I realized it might not get here in time for Christmas. I sent an e-mail on 12/17/12 instructing Marbles the brain store to ship UPS. Ryan Jedlicka responded saying it was shipped UPS because of weight, but since I have a p.o.box UPS might not deliver.

I gave him a street address, Ryan said it was already shipped and was ready to be delivered on the 21th of Dec. He said if UPS won't deliver it will come back to the warehouse and they would re-send.

I went to the post office but the package was not there. They said I would have to set something up to get UPS delivery at post office.

I was wishing the turn-around would get here in time. No problem, I should have been more savvy onplacing my order.

Well at 6pm that evening UPS found my house and delivered!!!

I sent Ryan an e-mail with the results!!! Ryan was so great the whole time trying to help me out and UPS took the extra effort to find my home address.

My husband will be VERY happy with his brain store presents. He is exactly the kind of person for these items and all the things you offer. I will shop with you again!
