"I was ordering an online gift certificate for a friends daughter. The process went smoothly, but the look of the certificate was a joke. I had to essentially print out the whole page and hand it to them. It did not look like anything other than a page off the internet. It took them a minute to realize what it was.Until this is changed, I will never buy one again. Closest store is 45 minutes away. Website and stores are great except for this. This will cut down on my buying because I will not drive an Hour and a half to get a gift certificate."
